Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prompt Trends mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Sanii Verma ("Service Provider", "we", "us", or "our") as a free service. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. About the Application
Prompt Trends helps you discover, browse, search, save, copy, share, and reuse viral and trending AI prompts—especially for social media and creative content. The Application may include curated prompts, example images, categories, AI tool guides, favorites, uploads, and links to independent third-party AI services. Prompt Trends is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under 18, you should use the Application only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Application, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. License and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may browse, search, and view prompts; save favorites; copy, share, or use prompts with external AI tools at your own discretion; upload content you have rights to share (where available); and follow in-app guides to open supported third-party apps.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Application at scale without permission; use the Application for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or infringing activity; upload content you do not have rights to use; interfere with security, servers, ads, or normal operation; or misrepresent your identity.
4. Prompts, images, and third-party content
Prompts, images, examples, and descriptions may come from trends, creators, curated collections, user submissions, or publicly available inspiration. We do not claim ownership of all content displayed in the Application.
You are solely responsible for reviewing prompts and generated outputs before publishing; complying with copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and platform rules; and following the terms of any third-party AI tool or social network you use. The Application does not create AI outputs itself.
5. User uploads
If you submit prompts, images, titles, tags, or other materials ("User Content"), you represent that you have the necessary rights and that the content does not violate law or third-party rights. By submitting User Content, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Application for operating and improving the service. We may review, remove, or restrict User Content that appears unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
6. External services and AI tools
The Application may link to or help you open third-party apps and websites. Those services are operated independently. Your use of Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase, Telegram, Discord, and any other third-party platform is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, moderation, safety, or output quality of third-party services.
7. Advertising
The Application may display limited interstitial advertisements at natural navigation breaks. Core actions such as browsing, reading, copying, sharing, saving, and using prompts do not require watching an advertisement. Advertisements are provided by third parties. Ad availability may vary by device, region, and network conditions.
8. Accounts, favorites, and local data
Certain features, such as favorites or preferences, may be stored locally on your device or synced through backend services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that prompts will always be available, accurate, trending, safe, or suitable; that generated results from external AI tools will meet expectations; or that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Application, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the service, users, or community. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Changes
We may update the Application, its features, prompt catalog, design, monetization, integrations, or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
